Gudem and brother alleged to have paid Henderson for safe keeping. Paul Seer jailed for violating the prohibition law. Deputy Sheriff Jones and Dick Evans arrested Guy Allen and Andrew Tuntland for stealing hardware. Henderson and Seer appeared before Justice Wagher. Seer had no attorney.

Musicians included Mrs. L A McWeatherby, Patrick Hasselstrom, William Q O’Irwin and Mike Stoddard. The evening stayed merry until a chase of a man in King James colors interrupted events. Denny O’Bermeier praised the party’s spirits since leaving Dublin.
