Supreme Court Upholds McKenna in Recall Case
The court, by a four to one vote, upholds Judge McKenna's decision despite opposition from Mr. Lynn and critics who questioned the English language's use in interpreting the recall. The ruling dampens the Ex-Dictator's move and gives Mr. Goughnour a chance to prove the First District can have an effective commissioner.
