The United States Civil Service Commission will hold an examination in Hazelton North Carolina on March 22 1919 to fill a rural carrier position at Kintyre and vacancies on rural routes in Emmons County. The test is open to male citizens domiciled in the county meeting Form No 1977 requirements. women may participate only if unmarried or as wives of servicemen.
