2000 Men Experienced In Handling Horses For Veterinary Corps
For work in the enlisted Veterinary Corps 2000 men not subject to call are wanted. They will serve in veterinary hospitals and other corps duties with overseas service possible. Utilities include far mers stablemen horseshoers saddlers pharmacists cooks typists and stenographers. Pay ranges from 30 to 56 dollars monthly plus food clothing and quarters. Applications at any Army recruiting office. It is an absolute sin to waste food.

Men Called for Examination for Military Service List
Eighty one men of class one were called for examination on Tuesday and Wednesday this week. Forty five will be sent to camp between February 23 and 28. The list includes many from Linton Strasburg Hazelton and Westfield with names such as John Reidlinger Temvik Michael Johner Joseph Hagele Delbert Bassart and more. The entire wheat crop of France has been requisitioned by the French Government.
