Linton Businessmen Form Commercial Club Aimed at Growth
Fifty local business men signed up at five dollars a year to form the Linton Commercial Club. The move, discussed for some time, aims to influence public welfare, attract outside capital, and boost town prosperity. A larger turnout is expected at the next organizing meeting with about seventy-five more signups anticipated. Local officials and outside interests attended as talks urged unity and action to build up the community.
