Winter course at North Dakota college opens Jan 3

The state agricultural college at Fargo will start its winter course on January 3. The program targets farmers and young people unable to attend the regular term, with admission open to those over fifteen who have basic schooling and English. Tuition is free, but enrollment costs include a $2 matriculation fee and $3 weekly board, plus room and board options.
