Virginia Campero aged 10 died from a fractured skull after a car driven by her father overturned half a mile south of Blairsburg. Sister Nellie age 8 suffered a broken hip. In the wreck the car pinned all occupants beneath the vehicle.

John J. Shaw died Tuesday morning in Boise at his daughter Mrs. Donald Whitehead’s home after a five week illness. He was 76 and had lived in Boise for a quarter century engaging in lumber farming and cattle raising. Funeral at First Congregational Church with private burial in Pioneer cemetery. Survived by widow, daughter and two granddaughters Beth and Lois. a son Herbert died in 1905.
