The bride wore a white lace gown, carried a bouquet of white bridal roses and pink roses, and her sister Voila Wagner was bridesmaid. Best man was Raymond Hesch. A dinner followed at Academy Hall and a wedding dance at Sportsman Hall. The couple plan to farm southeast of town.
In Palo Alto County Iowa Frank Fisher and Leona A Fisher seek an absolute divorce with no alimony and award of custody of four minor children. The petition requests equitable relief and states the court in Emmetsburg will enter judgment if Leona fails to appear by August 2, 1945.
Tha Leite Creek club met at Huth Ram Elavore’s home on June 22 with 18 members including Marin and Bernadette Fandel.
