Ordinance grants Iowa Public Service Company and assigns a 25 year non exclusive franchise to construct maintain and operate a gas distribution system in Cylinder Iowa. It covers building and relocating mains with street repairs and ensures lawful town control and financial protection for claims. Adoption required ether electors approval and the company acceptance.
Cylinder Iowa July 14 1966 voters will cast ballots at Town Hall cylinders polls open from 8 AM to 6 PM The notice also covers probate matters for Martin W Brennan Wilbur C Price estates and executor appointments in Palo Alto County plus a Bronze Star action for Specialist Five Robert Mulsebus medic from Iowa Falls who saved a Comrade in Vietnam April 29.
