Drainage Petition Considered by Palo Alto County Board

On June 7 1909 the Palo Alto County Board of Supervisors met in regular session to review the lands described in the Frank Loehrke petition. The engineer’s plat return and plan show that draining the described lands would benefit public utility convenience health and welfare and the board approves proceeding with the engineer’s recommended plan. An earlier last session minutes were read and approved and a refund of 3.15 to Geo Weinzed for erroneously collected personal tax was ordered by the auditor.
