Harry Dickinson Made Good in Moline Schools
Copies of daily papers report Harry Dickinson son of Z F Dickinson Osgoode, supervisor of manual training in Moline schools. His salary rose from 1400 to 1800 yearly. A new building for the department was planned and Dickinson prepared the plans. Bidders raised objections since he was not a professional architect. Plans were sent to experienced architects who approved and praised his work. The contract was let and he was chosen to supervise construction.
