Flynn Promoted to Private First Class at Fort Hood
Private First Class Flynn Fi Hood Tex Flynn 18 wife Linda and parents Mr and Mrs Eugene Flynn live in Emmetsburg. He was promoted to private first class March 5 while serving with the 6th Cavalry Brigade at Fort Hood Texas. A member of Troop C 7th Squadron brigade’s 17th Cavalry Flynn entered the Army in June 1975 and completed basic at Fort Leonard Wood Missouri. He was last stationed at Aberdeen Proving Ground Maryland.

Total loss estimated at 12000 with insurance about 2250 and hard to save other buildings. Edward Weisbrod and his son reside there. Algona fire department assisted.
