Ward Results Reflect Local Issues and Party Loyalty Shifts
Across wards 3 to 5 voter behavior shows local concerns outweighing party lines. Ward 5 posts a 63 margin for this year after 66 last year. Ward 4 sees Maddocks win by 5 with Republicans up one.
