Fallon to Host 3 Day Race Meet Under Fallon Promises

Final arrangements were completed for a three day fire meet at Fallon on September 20 under BE Reay Mackay and Jack Atkin. Fifty Reno horses will go to Fallon with fifteen in training on the Tallon track, providing sixty entries for five races daily. Three or four pari mutuel machines will operate under James Ingham, Reno track supervisor. The meet runs with the state fair opening September 17 and is expected to attract a large crowd and prominent livestock exhibits, including university herds.
