London reports the government of Nikolai Lenine has fallen and been replaced by a coalition cabinet of advanced socialists. Bolsheviks retain representation in the new government.

William Eaton Chandler former secretary of the navy under President Arthur has died in Concord New Hampshire. A dispatch from American Lake reports forty young Nevada men rejected for physical deficiency while undergoing the military training camp processing. Among those named are Elko County residents A. T.
