San Francisco June 22. The Longshoremen strike was resumed today after a temporary agreement reached June 9. Thirteen thousand men are out, tying up every Pacific Coast port. If delays hit munitions and supplies to the West Coast of Mexico, the State will likely employ its own longshoremen to expedite work. There are many idle men available.
