Nevada highway commission minutes recount payroll and work

In Ikko Nevada on Sunday July 7 1631 the Highway Commission met with all members present. The minutes list prior meeting approvals and detail payments for road projects on Ruby Valley Mountain City Starr Valley and Contact Road. Various workers drivers and suppliers are named with amounts, including Elko Milling Company Parker & M S Co and Utah Construction Company for Montello road work.
