Department of the Interior announces Dave Kunz Jr of Mountain City Nevada filed a homestead application in Elko District under the 1906 act. The land covers 169.71 acres in unsurveyed portions of sections 8 17 18 township 47 north range 64 east Mount Diablo Meridian. He will present his final proof on July 17 1917 with witnesses named.
