Eva Phipps of Charleston Biko County Nevada filed May 17 1917 with the State Engineer for permission to appropriate public waters from Bruneau River. The proposed point is in the NW quarter of the SW quarter section 20 township 42 north range 64 east M D B M by a dam and two cubic feet per second.
