Lew Kelley met Hap and Harry Ward at the Bucklen Theater last night. He claimed to have gone to the pole to pay his poll tax and sought burglars as he searched for the missing data. The returning travelers and the entertaining Ward and Vokes impressed a large audience with their humor.
The Promoters features Ward and Voices with a strong company and fine voices. Highlights include Daly in Soldier Boy and Betsy Bolivar sketches that won audience admiration. The ladies band is a notable addition to the program of light entertainment.
The Hayes Connelly Stock Company opens a week's engagement at the Gucklen theatre on November 8 presenting royalty plays and several premieres at popular prices.

C R Kluger the Jeweler of 1060 Virginia Ave Indianapolis reports severe kidney trouble left him nearly unable to walk.
