A Montenegrin agent in London reports ten days of fighting in Bosnia and Herzegovina between 120000 Austrian troops and about 1000 guerrillas. Insurgency rages in the annexed provinces with many deaths, a state of siege in force, and strict Austrian censorship masking the crisis.
