Lawton Monument Unveiled in Indiana Address by Roosevelt

Vail Special Judge in Disbarment Case Named

Goshen resident Lou W. Vail was appointed special judge in the St. Joseph circuit court disbarment case against ex-Prosecutor Kurtz. The defense struck Richter and Judge Tuthill was not chosen. Vail was appointed after the prosecution declined its right of choice. Trial may occur this term.
