Elkhart committee probes mutual delivery plan at Wabash

A committee of Elkhart Business Men's Association members visited Wabash to study a cooperative delivery system. They seek to cut delivery costs by about half, eliminating many private wagons and using centralized wagons and a superintendent under a merchants board.
