City officers and Public Service officials met with residents and company representatives to discuss trolley service. The agreement includes Fifth Street line hours, El Morro car reinstatement, and adjusted headways with potential route tweaks to connect distant districts.

Streets Commissioner Thompson says oiling of Telford pavements will start early next week under the Streets and Highways Committee.
