Two 12 year old boys Christopher Manz and Daniel Carney were arrested three times in a month for thefts including attempts to enter a shop on Hliarbetly avenue and a theatre. they later broke into a Persnestania yard car and stole silverware. The Juvenile Court considered their disposition and sentenced them to probation, with one boy later moved to the county jail.
The Orphans' Court will hear the application to appoint City Attorney Con. Holly as administrator of the estate of the late Charles Tonk and guardian of Yerke'a Wyenreuld aon, Charles. Teske's wife died about nine years ago and her actions were questioned as she allegedly acted as stepmother to the boy. After her disappearance Teske took another woman into his home, and she remained until his death. The boy has lived with a distant relative on Flade Street, who wants custody resolved. Joseph Keough of 300 Franklin Street drove a covered wagon toward Elizabeth when a trolley car struck the rear, throwing him to the street. The horse fled, the wagon damaged, oil spilled, and Keough sustained a leg injury while the horse escaped uninjured amid banked street snow. He said the car tracks left no other route and the wagon was demolished.

A fire in the rear of Union Street damaged a Joseph Hrilly residence owned by William Myers. Firemen from Engine No. 2 extinguished the blaze with chemical extinguishers. Estimated damage about $100.
