Baltimore March 12 After eight days of talks between A Gare telson of the Brotherhood of Railway Conductors and W G Lee of the Order of Railway Trainmen with U S Labor Commissioner Neill and Interstate Commerce Commission head Martin Knapp a settlement on wages for the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad trainmen and conductors was reached.
