At the annual stockholders meeting of Elizabethport Mutual Building and Loan the following officers were elected for three year terms: President Joseph D. Bemabit, Vice-President William A. Walsh, Secretary Martin Houlihan, Treasurer William H. Hicke, Directors Thomas A. Sinens and Thomas Lowe. The auditor H. Rick Robinson presented a 30th annual statement showing assets of 201,738.75 and dividends to shares 70,515, undivided balance 1,335.56.
