A milk wagon carrying Stephen Miller and his 12 year old son Joseph was struck by a westbound Pennsylvania express near Dark Lane Linden township at 3 14 last evening. Joseph was killed instantly. Miller suffered non life threatening injuries. The wagon broke apart and milk spilled along the tracks. The boy's body was removed by Morgue Keeper Stiner and turned over to railroad officials in Jersey City. Dark Lane crossing lacks a flagman and is considered dangerous. Funeral plans for Joseph Miller are announced for Monday in Newark.
