Probation officer Emily Williamson attacked the prosecutor for bringing babies before the bar as nine boys and one girl aged up to eight faced charges of malicious mischief. Vandals Loot Church Threaten Night Theft Ends in Gunfire

Three vandals clinging to a church ledge at twenty feet encountered police gunfire as Patrolman William McCracken shot at the thieves while they attempted to steal pipe from the Greyutane Presbyterian Church at 2 30 this morning. Ercole Riccitelli a 27 year old Roselle Park man and nephew of a wealthy butcher attempted death by own action last night over joblessness and an impending wedding to a New York woman.
