Perry aims at 50 mile tourist gravel road project
The Perry Bureau of Commerce plans a 50 mile gravel road linking the Lincoln highway with the River-to-River route. Start at Beaver or Ogden, pass through Perry, join the River-to-River road at Guthrie Center. The route will be graveled, marked along its length, and registered with the secretary of State. This fall the work will begin, improving travel for tourists and shortening the Lincoln highway segment to Omaha.
