Change Course of Otter Creek to Protect North Bank
Workmen will cut a new channel for Otter Creek west of the bridge and along the south bank for about 20 rods. If kept there, the stream will protect the north bank near the John Sutter house and allow the north side to reclaim land. A breakwater by town owners could ensure the new course and prevent further erosion.
