Funeral of Wm. Cooley Held Here Monday
Funeral services for William J. Cooley of Waterloo were held Monday at St. Pauls Methodist Episcopal church in Elgin. The Rev. J C. Warton led the service with Masonic Lodge members in charge at the cemetery. Surviving are Lena Stoehr Cooley, two sons Fred and Vern, a brother Dr. Charles Clinton Cooley, and we note his 37 years as a railway mail clerk.
