The Junior American Legion auxiliary met on Wednesday October 14 at 4 p.m. at the Legion Hall with Peggy and Mary Schott and Anita and Deb Skellon as hostesses. Twenty four members attended, new members Jackie Hill Sharon Rose and Flack were welcomed. The Palmer girls were invited to write to the adopted act. Becky Palmer and Sonja gave a program on flag etiquette. A discussion on self doughnuts to raise money was held, adjourned, and lunch was served by Patt Anderson, Sec.

East Clermont Jr Lutherans met Thursday evening at the church. Evotions were led by Matthew e program. The Life of Martin Luther was given by Eugene Thorson.
