Maximum Homestead Credit Deducted for 1941 (Continued)

The National Committee for Agriculture claims nonpartisanship in Iowa but funds flow from Democratic and Willkie groups. The Willkie club in Iowa received 7,500 to run its campaign, drawn from Associated Willkie Clubs of America and Willkie's official 3 million spending allotment. Iowa Agriculture committee also links to Democratic headquarters, mislabeling as nonpartisan. Both parties plan for late campaigns, wary of world events, while Ben Kinnick rises as a possible governor or senator.
