All-Woman Jury Hears Franklin County Damage Suit
Tractor accident survivor Truman Yoder from near Kalona narrowly escaped serious injury when pinned under a overturned tractor and freed himself as the ground was moist. Fall injures Lakota woman stepping to avoid branch
Mrs. Rachael Altizer of Lakota suffered a broken wrist and an injured shoulder after a fall at her home. She was carrying a step ladder along a board walk and moved to avoid an overhanging branch, causing the accident.
