The Elgin Study Club met at 9 30 Saturday morning Oct 27 with Irene Yack at St Joseph s Catholic church Elkader. The program included a UNESCO fellowship presentation by Elaine Gottschalk Elkader. Dorothy Houghton retires from office at the national convention in Minneapolis next May. The Elgin club voted to give $4 00 to the UNESCO project.
