Fayette County Board approves tax sale service contract
The Fayette County Board of Supervisors adopts a resolution authorizing Everett G. Scott to serve notices of expiration of right of redemption on tax sale certificates and to obtain tax deeds. Scott is named as agent for Fayette County to perform service of notices and affidavits, with the contract dated June 14, 1958, to run as specified and the chairman authorized to sign.
