Local Notes on Visits, Births, and Church Events
A parade of visits fills the week with relatives and friends seen at homes in West Union and nearby areas. Highlighted are Phyllis Dibble and Loretta Rafferty, Esther Carlin's Sioux Falls trip, and the Becker family illness news. Church notes cover Highland and West Lutheran services, Young People socials, and a Lenten program. A school board rehires teachers at current salaries, dental education talks follow Christmas seal funds allocation, and community health emphasis underlines the dental hygiene talk by Dr. Gardner.
