The Elgin Iowa town council met in regular session March 5 1984 at the town hall with all members present. Minutes were approved and bills audited unanimously including water labor supplies and street lights. Ordinance No 166 setting electric rates was passed and published. election judges and clerks for March 26 were appointed. adjournment motion carried.
