Mr and Mrs Herman Scheel hosted the fourth Scheel reunion Sunday at Cedar Falls with attendees including Mr and Mrs William Scheel and two sons at whose home it was held plus Mr and Mrs Frank Scheel Rochelle Ill Mr and Mrs August Scheel Lawler Mr and Mrs Russell Nelson Waterloo Mr and Mrs Albert Scheel Marjorie and Irvin A picnic dinner and supper were served. Clara Bane visited Louis Becker home over the weekend. Clive and Robert Helms vacationed in Chicago recently. Frank Scheel and wife visited from Rochtile Ill before returning Sunday evening. Betty Elkema finished air routes with United Airlines in Chicago and is now an air hostess on Chicago to Cheyenne runs. George Gilson and family of Dyersville visited Elgin and West Union. Robert Schmid went to Cedar Rapids to seek work. Edith Berg will visit daughter Edwi n Anderson in Waterloo tomorrow. Mr and Mrs Walter Mitts Dean Mitts and Mrs Fanny Frieden were dinner guests at Bertha Mitts home Tuesday. Ida Frieden will work in Oakville Friday.
