Robert Adem Clothier born February 16 1906 in Fayette died June 17 in Milwaukee Wisconsin aged 47 He attended Fayette public schools and Upper Iowa University He married Mary Lawson in April 1935 at Elgin and they had one daughter Mary Pamela Clothier In 1943 he joined the Army Medical Corps serving until August 1945 at Fort Snelling Minnesota In September 1951 he married Beatrice Brot Milwaukee Wisconsin and was employed by L Hagerty Co of Milwaukee at his death
Ernestine Bubr born Era Jestine Tolman in Hermansdorf Germany November 4 1805 died June 14 at Sumner Hospital age 37 She married Herman Kotis February 16 1885 and later Christian Bubr She moved to America in 1693 with three children and settled near a church Her husband died 1896 She remarried and lived in Sumner with five children May 28 1823 funeral held by Rev E M Miller at Galem EUB Church Sumner Burial in Elgin cemetery Pallbearers included five grandsons and one great grandson"

State of Iowa Fayette County District Court gives notice that on July 6 1953 the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Fred J Schneider will come up for probate hearing in West Union Iowa. Clerk Herbert D Klammer dated June 5 1953. Ronald Carmichael of Dunlap sustained severe burns when gasoline spilled on a hot tractor and he jumped back.
