Probate court notice in Fayette County Iowa announces the appointment of Paul V. Hoehne as administrator of the Lydia Hoehne estate. Creditors must file claims with the district court clerk within six months after second publication or be barred. debts to be paid promptly.
In the matter of Blanche V. Kane deceased probate number 9305 the Iowa district court admits the last will and testament dated November 8 1957 to probate and appoints Genevieve Gritton as executor. Creditors are notified that actions to set aside the will must be filed in the district court within applicable time limits.
Fayette County farmers, urged by Alfred Stewart, chairman of the Fayette Soil Conservation District, increased the rate of soil and water protection. The district notes major spring achievements including terraces, erosion control dam construction, contour strip cropping, and 1,523 acres of contouring with about 8 acres of grassed waterways, reflecting progress during Soil Conservation Week.
