A sailor aboard the hospital ship Sanctuary describes a May 25 shrapnel wound from a booby trap while on patrol. Nine Marines and a corpsman were wounded. Evacuated to DaNang, he was later operated on aboard Sanctuary. He praises the nurses and doctors and thanks readers for prayers, hoping to see everyone in September.
Keith Collins, a Cornell College junior from Elgin Iowa, will participate in the Experiment in International Living for the 1967 68 first semester. He will study in Germany with seven classmates, joining a program linking long term language study, homestays, and cultural field trips supervised by faculty leaders. The program partners with U.S. institutions to offer undergraduates a structured abroad experience without resident faculty supervision.

The couple both attended Concordia College St Paul Minn. and the groom serves with the army in Germany.
