Priseillas Meet The West Clermont band gathered Wednesday in July with members Molme Almer Nelson Geo Belschner Albert Halverson Mary Olson and Miss Louise Billden. Thank you cards were read by several members. The stand for Dairy Days was discussed. Mrs Louie Olson chaired and presented a program including hymn readings vocal solo by Willet Miller and another reading by Mrs Olson. Home from Overseas Loftsgards Visit Gunder
M/Sgt. Stanley Loftsgard and Mrs. Loftsgard spent Monday evening to Saturday at the Millard Loftsgard home in Gunder with his parents Mr. and Mrs. Mellien Loftsgard. He returns from twenty months overseas duty in Germany and France and with the Norwegian Embassy. After August 1 they will be stationed at Del Rio Texas.

A candlelight wedding united Mies Carol Lee Meyer and Charles Irving Deering at St Pauls Evangelical Lutheran Church in Postville on June 16. The ceremony featured a double ring rite, organ music, and blue white decor with pew ribbons and bells. The bride wore chantilly lace gown with a fingertip veil, carried pink roses, and was attended by Mary Meyer as maid of honor and Karen Cook as bridesmaid in blue brocade sateen. Gwendolyn Olson of Pasadena California, daughter of Mr and Mrs Glen Olson, earned high scholastic honors by placing second statewide in a mid year senior year competition. She will receive a four year USC tuition scholarship and plans to study mathematics next fall at USC. She served as class treasurer and participated in youth groups. The Tri Y Club banquet honored her as most outstanding member for 1957. She is a longtime California resident and granddaughter of Mrs Mary Olson.

Farm Home Sold Amid Farewell For Dummermuth Family
