New Postal Regulations Bring Complications
Under the new postal regulations a publisher must pay eight cents for every notice the department issues for a change of address. This is five cents more than before July 1 and means a loss to the publisher if you do not notify him when you move to a new address. Your notice should be sent at least two weeks before you move. Please help, and be sure to send your new address in plenty of time. Ketters without sufficient postage also cost five cents in addition to the postage due.
