Orval Dowd a 13-year-old boy seriously injured in a February 2 hit and run at Calmar has fully recovered. His brother Gilbert 9 was killed in the same accident. Orval now active daily, his family lives in Decorah with mother Edna and siblings Raymond and Donald.
