The Fayette County board of supervisors last week passed a resolution creating a two million dollar court house fund for erecting an 8 bay structure on the original site. They allocated 106000 from West Union donors, 26000 insurance for the old court house, and 10000 from the general fund. Plans by architect J G Ralston of Waterloo will not be ready before March 1, delaying contract letting.
