In Buxton, Chicago, Tun 1h Dr K and Rusch seek police help to locate Benjamin A Buxton of Minneapolis. Buxton, once cashier at Frets St Newell & Co, disappeared in Chicago last Saturday. Buxton is brother-in-law to the Minneapolis man.
Gertie W. Dixon of 14 Amounta to Mane Wittertown S D was arrested Monday charged with rape on fourteen year old Amelia Weal. Dixon was bound over to appear at the district court in 700 bond. Dixon denies the charge.
The Chatta nooga Rome and Columbus railroad was sent to Rome by order of the United States circuit court. Simon Borg & Co of New York acted as agents and attorneys for the bondholders. The price was set at $500,000.
