Canada’s Unofficial Flag Talked As Real National Emblem
A fragmented note on a proposed Canadian banner argues no official national flag exists. It describes an unauthorized emblem with a four province shield, dated warrants from 180%, and notes its limited maritime use. It contends the flag lacks formal adoption and now faces obsolescence.

White tribes and lost kingdoms spark distant legends
An old essay traces Victorian and early twentieth century notions of white peoples living in isolated mountain fastnesses from Mindanao to Oman. It notes explorers and missionaries doubting such legends while offering dramatic tales of fair complexions seen by natives and reports of a mysterious white race beyond unfamiliar ranges.
