Elizabeth Marie Echolen Scholen died Tuesday morning at Weet Haven Hospital after four days of illness. She had been admitted for an operation that could not be performed before her death. Scholen had years of private nursing in the community and was noted for faithful attention to her duties.
The family of Mrs Annie Lantz and Mrz Hannah Lantz and Herman Corea and Julius Lantz express sincere appreciation for the care and kindness shown during the illness and death of their sister.
Mrs Anna Anderson died at her Wagner township home on December 24, 1933 at age 72. Born Anna Nelson in Norway, she immigrated with family, married Andrew B. Anderson in 1881, and left five surviving children: Adolph, N A Anderson of Osage, Mrs Otto Hannon of St Olaf, Mrs C W Powell of Elgin, and Mrs Clara Brabham of Elkader. Two children preceded her in death.
The obituary notes the passing of Mrs Amz Andenet and lists surviving relatives including a sister Mrs Forked Essernon of St Oat Foar and a brother. Services were held at Wagoer tory oo Taeniey Sau 2 with Rev E. Camtes officiating. The message expresses gratitude to mourners and singers and thanks for flowers.
